Is Acai a Miracle Food?

Just what is all of the hype about acai? By now you probably have the knowledge that acai is a fruit that is found in the rain forests of Brazil. Is acai going to cure disease, help you look and feel younger or help you lose weight? It is possible, but these claims still need to be supported by scientific research.
