Holiday Cheer: Tropical Island Cooler Recipe
Is the weather outside frightful? Wanting to imagine yourself in the balmy tropics? Here is a recipe for a healthy tropical island smoothie! Use one of your pretty glasses, sit by the fireplace and enjoy!
1/2 c. Dr. Tim's Noni Juice
1/2 c. coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. baby spinach (optional)
1/2 c. -1 c. ice cubes
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a festive glass and enjoy!
