Recipe for Dr. Tim’s Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
4 oz of Dr. Tim’s Acai Juice
8 whole strawberries or blueberries (frozen)
8 slices of bananas (frozen)
1/2 cup of organic apple juice (you can substitute soy milk or yogurt)
1-2 tablespoons of organic honey (sweeten to taste)
Optional Health Boosters:
1 oz of Dr. Tim’s Goji, Mangosteen or Noni
Juice.
Toppings:
1/2 cup homemade granola
8-10 slices of banana
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix Acai, frozen strawberries and bananas, honey in a blender until finely chopped.
2. Pour into bowl and sprinkle bananas and granola
