I often see ads that claim to “Melt Your Fat Away”. Oh if it were so easy as to “melt” your unwanted fat away, as if it could happen in such a timely way and manner that would make seem as if it were literally dripping off of your body. Place in a blender:
½ cup Dr. Tim’s Brazilian Acai juice
½ banana
¾ cup berries
2T. whey powder
2T. ground flax seed
1T. psyllium husk
1T. Chia seed
1T. wheat germ
600 mg fish oil from supplement capsules. Be sure to break open the capsules and add only the oil from the capsules
3 ice cubes

Blend until creamy and drink.

With the Holidays upon us many of us will spend more time socializing at parties. From the office party to the big celebration when we usher in the New Year many will gather and imbibe. For those who may be inclined to include the consumption of alcohol in these celebrations I want to give you a way to combat the negative effects of the dreaded hangover. A hangover is a condition related to dehydration. Alcohol can cause the body to lose 3% more body fluid in a 4-hour period, leading to dehydration even quicker (5). Dr. Tim’s weight loss habit

Hi this is Dr. Tim, and I want to share how I am using our products to lose weight. After traveling around the world and keeping up a fast paced schedule sometimes the pounds add on. I drink one quarter to one half cup of Dr. Tim’s Brazilian Acai or a mix of all four for breakfast and lunch. I make sure that I am drinking plenty of water throughout the day. I drink one Jungle Juice per day usually in the morning around 10:00 am. That way I don’t feel hungry and then it has all day to work for me. At night I eat a reasonable low glycemic meal. I make sure that I do not eat past 8:00pm. The food you eat late at night never seems to go away if you know what I mean. I add some moderate exercise at least 3 nights per week and as often as 5 nights per week. This for me is usually a brisk walk outside or on the treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes. After just a little over two weeks I have dropped 10 lbs.
